Have you receive pictures?

I can see the pictures, but it doesn't help to diagnose the issue really. If the circuit is not working then either you have an issue with one or more of the components being incorrect or the circuit is not wired correctly.

You can expect some voltage loss across the gates (as the project does not use FETs), but the loss you are experiencing seems too great.

I'll try with some other transistor, maybe they are a little error or defect, I'll you keep abreast

Hopefully I'm not too late to help, but I think I know precisely your problem!

Your Emitter and Collectors are switched around. This gives your transistors a very low beta (gain), meaning they'll SEEM to work when you're working with a single gate (Though probably not well) but will have trouble saturating (Becoming fully conductive) when trying to fan-out to other logic gates, and thus not fully pull up or pull down your outputs.

I had the exact same problem in the past, when it's corrected you'll feel like the transistors become magic because they'll work so much better

Could you mesure the voltage before the 10k resistor of yours five blues LED, so all the end of yours logic gates for me please?
